Emily specialises in all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including patents, trade marks, passing off, copyright and design rights. She particularly enjoys dealing with urgent and interim applications. Emily also provides non-contentious advice to a variety of trade mark and brand owners, including trade mark clearance and portfolio management advice.

Emily is an Associate Member of ITMA and has a Postgraduate Diploma in IP Law from Bristol University.
