Phil Lee is an Associate, with a particular focus on the interactive entertainment and technology industries.
Phil has wide-ranging experience acting on a variety of interactive entertainment, intellectual property, outsourcing and data protection matters. His recent experience includes acting on: interactive entertainment development, publishing and financing arrangements; content regulation issues; collective licensing schemes; intellectual property assignment and licensing; private and public sector outsourcing; international data transfers; and intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions.
Phil joined Osborne Clarke in October 2007, having previously trained and qualified at Denton Wilde Sapte. Prior to training as a lawyer, Phil studied computer science at Cambridge University and gained experience working in the IT industry. Phil has written widely in the legal press on issues relating to interactive entertainment, intellectual property and data protection.
