As new digital marketing channels emerge and regulators play catch-up, Osborne Clarke has kept at the cutting edge of industry
and legal developments to ensure its clients receive the very best practical advice on the impact of new regulations.
This process has been helped by elected membership of specialist Direct Marketing Association interest groups such as the
Email Marketing and Mobile Marketing Councils. There Osborne Clarke volunteers have worked with practitioners developing Best
Practice Guidelines for these marketing channels.
Osborne Clarke was also responsible in early 2006 for co-ordinating the first survey across 17 European states to determine
patterns of email marketing law enforcement across the European Union.
