Liam is a member of the Osborne Clarke Corporate department and deals with a broad range of corporate matters, particularly in the media and communications sectors.

Recent experience includes the sale of SAS Design to Publicis, the sale of BLM Holdings and Cake Media to Havas, the investment by Pegasus into Gyro International and ECI's investment into i-Level.  Liam also deals with a number of marketing services companies for day-to-day general corporate matters.
 
Liam qualified in 2005 having joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in March 2003.
