Chris is a partner in the corporate finance department in London.  He specialises in a broad range of corporate matters, particularly mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, corporate joint ventures, company start-ups and employee incentive arrangements.

Chris works predominantly for owner-managed advertising, media, interactive games and technology companies.

Chris joined the firm in 1995, qualified in 1997 and became a partner in 2006.
