Omar is based in Osborne Clarke's London office where regularly helps major international clients and project manage international specialist advisors on multi-territory advice across the EMEA region but also worldwide. He works with international network firms to provide an integrated and fully managed service, often covering dozens of countries in a single co-ordinated report. His experience includes assisting the legal, business, advertising and marketing teams of global information technology and media clients with cross-border advertising campaigns and promotions (online and offline) and regulatory compliance matters (including data protection and e-commerce).
Omar prepares and maintains best practice guidance which assists clients' regulatory compliance in the media, data protection and e-commercial communications sectors. Omar is also a regular contributor to the marketinglaw.co.uk website and also co-ordinates its content as Deputy Editor. Omar's native language is Italian.
Prior to passing the QLTT at the BPP, London and qualifying as an English solicitor (Admitted in 2009), Omar graduated with an Italian Masters degree in International Politics, passed the CPE and the BVC courses at UWE, Bristol and qualified as an English barrister* (Year of Call 2006).
