Jenny trained as a solicitor at Beachcroft LLP, qualifying into the employment team in 2004.  Jenny joined the London Employment Team at Osborne Clarke in March 2007.

Jenny's practice includes both contentious and non-contentious employment law.  Jenny provides advice to a number of clients in a wide range of industries.  She has particular experience of providing legal advice to employers in the financial services and media sectors.

Jenny regularly advises on managing employee relations, redundancies/re-organisations, executive severance and family friendly rights.  Jenny is an experienced advocate in the Employment Tribunal.
