Nick Johnson
Nick leads Osborne Clarke's advertising, sponsorship and media team and is rated by directories Legal 500 and Chambers as one of the UK's top advertising and marketing lawyers. He also regularly advises on betting, gaming and lottery law issues.
Nick sits on the board of the European Sponsorship Association and is a member of the UK's Advertising Law Group. He is the co-author of the most recent re-issue of the advertising and marketing volume of Butterworths' Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents and was the co-founder of our specialist website www.marketinglaw.co.uk.
He joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in 1994, qualified in 1996 and became a partner in 2001.
