After training at Osborne Clarke, Anna joined the in-house legal department of Vodafone, advising the Vodafone Group companies
on all matters relating to intellectual property both on a local and global scale. Anna provided advice in relation to Vodafone's
corporate sponsorship activities; advertising campaigns, joint collaborations, music and content related activities and the
exploitation and protection of the Vodafone brand.
After two years with Vodafone Anna rejoined Osborne Clarke's Commercial department. Anna now specialises in providing commercial
and intellectual property advice to a number of brand owners and advertising agencies operating within the advertising and
media sector, together with a range of other commercial entities. Anna regularly advises clients in relation to their marketing
and sponsorship activities as well as advising on all aspects of intellectual property, joint collaborations and general commercial
contracts. Since rejoining Osborne Clarke, Anna has presented at numerous conferences on a range of sponsorship and advertising
issues and she was also elected as a member of the Direct Marketing Association's Mobile Marketing Council which provides
advice to DMA members on current legislation and best practice in relation to the use of mobile technology for marketing purposes.
